    • 飞禽走兽老虎机_捕鱼老虎机技巧-手机版游戏下载政府管理学院公共政策系教授。分别于大连理工大学、飞禽走兽老虎机_捕鱼老虎机技巧-手机版游戏下载、卡耐基?梅隆大学获得学士、硕士、博士学位。2009年加入飞禽走兽老虎机_捕鱼老虎机技巧-手机版游戏下载环境科学与工程学院环境管理系,后转入政府管理学院,加入飞禽走兽老虎机_捕鱼老虎机技巧-手机版游戏下载之前为美国西北太平洋国家实验室研究科学家。主体研究方向:公共政策设计理论与应用研究;服务于公共政策设计的基础研究。主要在环境政策与管理以及风险治理领域开展研究,聚焦于环境和风险领域的规制与治理,态度与行为,以及决策分析研究。在规制与治理子方向关注规制的影响因素、规制带来的影响、政策设计与评估;在态度与行为子方向关注环境态度与行为及其影响因素、驱动环境态度和行为改变的政策设计与评估、风险认知以及风险沟通;在决策分析方向关注不确定下的决策。相关研究成果发表在Risk Analysis, Journal of Risk Research, Environmental Politics, Journal of Environmental Psychology, Climate Policy, Energy Research & Social Science, Ecological Economics, Environmental Science & Technology, European Journal of Operational Research, Climatic Change等英文期刊以及《公共管理学报》《公共管理评论》《中国行政管理》等中文期刊。主持包括国家社科基金重点项目、北京社科基金重点项目在内的多项项目。为联合国环境规划署旗舰报告《全球环境展望》(第七版)作者及“行为、社会及文化研究”专家组专家,美国地球物理联合会气候干预研究伦理框架委员会委员,生态环境部第二届化学物质环境风险评估专家委员会专家,期刊Risk Sciences创刊编辑。
